NEW Chef Comella's Shoreside Clambake

In search of something new, our family recently took a trip to the Eastern shore of the Chesapeake where we got to enjoy the beauty of the sea, the ocean salt smell and the taste of the coast line. In meeting with supplier partners on the local docks and sea beds, we were inspired by the stories and information shared, especially one “little” story in particular. The trip, our visits and the stories inspired us to bring our love of the eastern shore line back to Northeast Ohio just in time for our 80th Anniversary celebration and of course, clambake season!

In honor of Chef Comella, we are excited to announce and introduce our newest clambake, The Shoreside. We have incorporated the staples of our original clambake, but have made one “little” change to include sweet and tasty littleneck clams! A lot has changed over the past 80 years, however our strong belief that family and friends come first has not. And when you incorporate family, friends and delicious food, you got something truly great!

Our Shoreside Clambake is built to feed a family of four, packed for quick pick up and easy cooking! Each ordered bake is packed in a box so you can cook in the convenience of your own home, in your own steamer pot! We suggest calling ahead with a one hour notice, just so your clambake can be packed prior to pick up!

• (8) each / (12 ct) littleneck clams bagged, packed directly from the ocean salt waters of the Mid - Atlantic
• (4) 5 oz Kielbasa Sausage Link’s
• (4) Ears of Corn,
• (1) container of Garlic Butter

 EZ to cook once you get home, 1 big pot add water, clams, kielbasa, corn all at the same time!
